A grazing table offers a more interactive and social dining experience compared to traditional catering. Instead of plated meals or buffet-style service, guests can help themselves to a variety of beautifully arranged foods, encouraging mingling and making the meal part of the event’s atmosphere.

Grazing tables are also highly customizable, with options for different dietary preferences and themes. They can be elegantly styled to match your event, offering both a visual and culinary delight.

Additionally, grazing tables are often more cost-effective than traditional catering, as they eliminate the need for waitstaff and plated service, making it a great option for both your budget and your guests’ enjoyment.

Many people prefer grazing tables for their convenience, flexibility, and relaxed vibe—perfect for casual gatherings, weddings, corporate events, or any celebration where you want to keep things effortless, fun, and affordable.

Our grazing tables are designed to offer a generous selection of food. It can be adjusted based on the event size, duration, and guest preferences.

It mainly depends on the time of your event and whether other food will be served. Also, if you want our grazing table to be a main feature or just a charcuterie-style addition. This is why we recommend discussing your needs with us before the event to ensure the perfect setup for your occasion!
 

Our grazing tables are designed for gatherings of 10 or more guests to ensure a beautifully abundant display. For smaller events, we recommend our grazing boards or individual grazing cups, which offer the same delicious experience in a more compact format. Let us know your needs, and we’ll help you find the perfect option!

On a minimum average, you should expect to pay around 25 euros per person for a flat lay grazing table. This amount can be affected by add-ons, special dietary requirements, and specific requests. We’ll work with you to tailor the perfect spread that suits your needs and budget. 

The required surface size depends on the number of guests. As a general guideline, you’ll need approximately 1 square meter per 10-15 people. The setup can be arranged on a dining table, countertop, kitchen island, or a service meuble—whatever works best for your space. 
 
You absolutely do not need to worry about decorating the table—simply leave it empty and clean, and we’ll take care of the decorations and florals to create a stunning display.
We will arrive on the day to the venue 1-2 hours prior to event with pre-prepared food, so there’s no need for kitchen access. We will agree timings during the booking process.
 
Note that we will need parking access during setup. Once all is finished we clear away our kit and leave everything ready ideally 30 mins before your guests arrive.

Once we set up your grazing table, we leave the space for you to enjoy with your guests. Please note that we do not provide waiter service or serve the food—our tables are designed for guests to help themselves.

Additionally, we will only return one day after the event to collect our decorative items, but we do not offer a cleaning service. Most of the items on the grazing table are disposable, making cleanup easy and stress-free for you. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Yes! We offer:

  • Flat lay (set&forget): A disposable (flatlay) setup for easy cleanup—simply toss everything after your event.
  • Multi dimentional (come&collect): We provide our display elements such as raisers, crates, boxes, vases, boards, flowers etc and return to collect them after the event. 

Absolutely! We can offer and include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free dietary options with a little surcharge. Please let us know in advance so we can tailor the table to your needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our grazing tables are free from cross-contamination. Due to the nature of our setups, all items are arranged together, making it impossible to fully separate allergens. If a guest has a severe allergy, we strongly recommend completely excluding that ingredient from the selection rather than relying on separation. Please inform us in advance of any serious allergies so we can discuss the best options for your event.

We are based in San Pedro Alcántara and provide grazing table services within a 50 km radius, covering the areas of Estepona –  Marbella – Mijas. If your event is outside this area, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

To book, we require a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for larger events. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

If you cancel at least one week before your event, we’ll issue a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Of course! We’ll work with you to create a table that matches your preferences, event theme, and guest dietary needs.

Yes! Upon request, we can include disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.

We recommend refrigerating any leftover perishable items as soon as possible to maintain freshness. Although, we suggest disposing of any meat and dairy products that have been sitting out on the table for an extended period to ensure food safety.

Yes! In addition to full grazing tables, we offer mini grazing cups, perfect for open house or corporate events.

At the moment, we do not offer drinks, but we’re always looking for ways to enhance our services. This may be something we introduce in the future, so stay tuned for updates! In the meantime, we’re happy to recommend drink pairings to complement your grazing table.
